To manage your account, including closing your account or cancelling any specific services, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to our Customer Portal (link).
    • If you forgot your password, please use the "Forgot Password" (link) feature. Your username is the email address tied to your account
  2. After logging in, navigate to the "Services" section. Click on the status box of the service you wish to cancel. When the service details appear, you'll find the "Request Cancellation" option on the left. Please follow the steps provided there to proceed with the cancellation.

For domain names you do not wish to renew:

  • After logging in, select Domains > My Domains.
  • Choose the domain you're not planning to renew and adjust the "Auto Renewal Status" by clicking the red "disable auto-renew" button.

It's important to cancel your products through the client portal to ensure that the cancellation is authorized and that the correct changes to your account are made. Cancellations and the removal of data from our servers are irreversible actions. Simply not using a service or transferring it elsewhere does not automatically cancel it, as we maintain active services for your use. We require this process to ensure all cancellations are properly authorized.

For domains marked as "Do Not Renew," please check for any outstanding invoices and contact us if any invoices still show as unpaid / open. Due to ICANN, CIRA and other registration body policies, you may continue to receive domain renewal reminders, which can be ignored after setting your domains to not renew. However, please note that invoices related to these domains cannot be automatically cancelled because of these policies.

If you have cancelled a hosting service, the "cancelled" status will be reflected within the billing control panel under the My Services section.
