For all hosting account upgrades, please open a support ticket and provide us the following information;
1) Your main account domain name
2) The new hosting plan that you wish to upgrade to
3) Please let us know if you wish to upgrade immediately or upgrade at the end of your current billing cycle
The billing department will upgrade your account and respond to the ticket once the account has been upgraded.
