It seems that we have a connectivity issue with our merchant credit card processor - where all transactions are being rejected. This is not a reflection of your card status.
We have been advised that they are troubleshooting the issue on their end - we are awaiting their feedback. In the meantime, we have suspended the automatic processing of payments.
Once we receive their resolution, we will follow up here. If you have any particular concerns for the status of your services, in light of a payment not being made, please feel free to contact us by opening a HelpDesk ticket.
