Affecting System - All cPanel/WHM servers
All ability to restore files/databases on cpanel servers is currently unavailable via the Acronis icon in your cpanel account.
We are working with Acronis at this time and hope to have a resolution shortly.
Backups continue to proceed as scheduled are uninterrupted - only the ability to perform restore functions from within cpanel are affected.
