New reseller hosting accounts are validated after payment and fraud check and created immediatley. If an order is flagged for possible fraud, a human being will verify your order during normal business hours (M-F 09:00-17:00 EST). (Accounts are created 24 hours a day / 7 days a week). Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email that will contain your reseller account details including ip address information and server login details.
